Coral Reef Title Company is a family owned and operated title company in the Upper Keys.
Our underwriter, Chicago Title Insurance Company, is among the top underwriters in the U.S.
We are licensed to insure any property in the State of Florida, and have closings throuhgout the state, however, we tend to stick to our geographic boundaries to Monroe County.
This is the area where we have lived and worked for over a quarter of a century.
We are a very community oriented organization, holding membership in the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce, Islamorada Chamber of Commerce, Florida Keys Board of Realtors, Business and Professional Women's Organization, Women's Council of Realtors, and the Key Largo Rotary.
Gretchen Holland
Founder
Gretchen Holland has been in the title insurance industry since 1974. With her oldest daughter, Carla Bahn, they opened their own title company in 1989.
Carla Bahn
President
Carla started in the title insurance industry in 1980. She is a graduate of Florida International University, and has achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Land-Title Closer from the Florida Land Title Association. She currently runs the Islamorada branch.
Ryan Bahn
Vice President
Ryan became a part of the family business after obtaining his law degree and license to practice from the Univerity of Florida. Prior to joining the family business, he interned with our general underwriter, Fidelity National Title, for two years. Ryan currently runs the Key Largo branch.
Darryn Bahn
Closing Coordinator
Darryn joined the family business and received his title insurance license shortly thereafter. He and his mother, Carla Bahn, run the Islamorada branch.
